engagement at its sole discretion, including for compliance, risk,

Portico Atlas is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Portico Atlas relies on information supplied by clients and
counterparties and is not responsible for outcomes arising from
incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal or
termination of engagement.

4. Due Diligence and Compliance

Engagements may require completion of KYC, AML, and other due
diligence procedures.

You acknowledge that:

  • Such procedures are mandatory
  • Failure to complete them may prevent or delay engagement
  • Additional information or clarification may be requested

Portico Atlas may suspend or terminate work where compliance
requirements are not met.

5. Escrow and Third-Party Providers

Certain engagements may be structured using independent
third-party escrow or service providers.

Portico Atlas does not control and is not responsible for the
operation, policies, or performance of third-party providers.

Where escrow is used, funds are governed by the terms of the
escrow provider and any applicable engagement documentation.

6. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Cross-border structuring, financial access, and mobility matters
involve regulatory, institutional, and jurisdictional discretion.

Portico Atlas does not guarantee:

  • Approval by any authority or institution
  • Specific timelines or outcomes
  • Availability of particular structures, accounts, or pathways

All work is undertaken on a best-efforts basis within applicable
legal and regulatory constraints.

7. Intellectual Property
